Continental Holdings Plc wishes to inform prospective investors that it has been granted approval by the Malawi Stock Exchange (MSE) to extend the closing date of its Initial Public Offering (IPO) from 20th July 2026 to 27th July 2026. Consequently, the Company’s shares will now be listed on the Malawi Stock Exchange on 10 August 2026, instead of 3 August 2026.
The extension provides prospective investors with additional time to review the investment opportunity and submit their applications.
The revised key dates are as follows:

Applications already submitted remain valid and require no further action. Prospective investors are encouraged to submit their applications before the revised closing date.
