Isabel Masi-Kachinjika

Ms. Isabel Masi-Kachinjika joined Continental Holdings Limited in February 2023 as Brand and Innovations Manager, responsible for group-wide brand strategy, corporate communications, and innovation. She previously served as Business Development Manager (Centre and North) at Continental Asset Management, driving business growth and client engagement.

With over 20 years of marketing and brand management experience, she successfully led the rebranding of Airtel Malawi from Zain in 2010. She was the first President of the Institute of Marketing in Malawi (2020–2024) and is a Board Member for Marketing and Commercialization at FCB Nyasa Big Bullets FC. Recognized among Malawi’s 100 Most Inspiring Women (2023), she is passionate about leveraging brand strategy to drive impact.
